Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to every appointment.

Are your employees screened and trained?

Our staff are employed and trained solely by Maid With Heart Cleaning to maintain high standards.

All our employees undergo background checks and vulnerability screening

How fast do you reply?

We aim to respond within 24 hours. It could occasionally happen that we respond a little later due to a high volume of requests during busy periods.

How can I pay?

We accept e-transfer, cheque, and cash.

How do you ensure customer satisfaction?

Our staff are employed and trained solely by Maid With Heart Cleaning to maintain high standards. Our managers check this by auditing before and after pictures for every clean. After every clean, the team leader takes the customer on a walkthrough if you are available to show all aspects of the clean and ensure they are happy before any payment is taken. This way, you are in total control of the standard of the clean.

What does the booking process look like?

After putting through a quote request, we will contact you with some questions regarding your home or office. Upon answering these, we will discuss your needs, pricing and plan a date for your clean. Our cleaners will then arrive at your home and start cleaning!

How soon are you available?

This is entirely dependent on our availability. It could be as soon as the next day. During our summer months and certain days of the week we get very busy, so make sure to book in advance!

Is there a minimum cancellation time and cancellation fee?

Unfortunately, as much as we do understand life happens.Yes there is a 48 hour notice prefered (if possible) and a $30 cancellation fee. We impliment it to cover wages and travel costs.
